My Mother-in-law discovered a stand of white Trillium in the small woods behind the house she and my Father-in-law built. She very carefully nurtured it and protected it from neighbors' kids, dogs, and any other threats. It was still there when she sold the house many years later. The man who bought it said he loved the woods and I think she told him about the plant, which had spread some by then. Her neighbors on that side also appreciated it, so I think (hope) they also looked out for it. This was in the outskirts of Greencastle, Indiana. They're such beautiful plants.
Oh my, how very lovely. Thank you for sharing them!
Simple. Beautiful. Perfect!
